Location

In Vale do Lobo, close to the Praia do Vale do Garrão Nascente, also known as Julia’s beach, where there are beach bars, restaurants and eateries.

Outside

There is an ‘L’ shaped swimming pool (approximately 22 metres in length) on the decking area, which can be heated, as well as the main pool area (8 x 4 metres).

There are B&B Italia sunbeds with side tables -two of the sunbeds are double sized, seating areas, a relaxation area and a dining area with an integral BBQ and sink.

Inside

The villa is set on four levels. There is a dining area to seat eight and a lounge in an open plan living area. In the lounge, there are satellite TV channels on a wall mounted SUHD television.

The main living area has motorised blinds to control the natural light and solar reflective glass which reduces both glare and internal heat transference. There is also a sound system in the upper floors and basement, as well as an open-air atrium which is decked in wood with illuminated seating and table and a games room.

The games room has a 65” SUHD TV with 3D Dolby Atmos sound system, a DVD player, PlayStation 4, football table, Air hockey table and a 7ft Pool table. 

The gym includes a TV and sound system which is accessed via the Control4 entertainment system, free weights, a treadmill machine, recumbent exercise bike, step-machine and an advanced multi gym. Plus, there is a steam room with mood lighting.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, all with en suite facilities, remote control blackout and sliding doors on to a stone patio with seating. Two of the bedrooms on this level are master bedrooms with king size beds and the third bedroom has a double bed and a TV with a DVD player.

The fourth bedroom is on the basement level and has a double bed, en suite shower room and controlled black out blinds.

Bedroom five has a king size bed with an en suite shower room and an opening door which gives access onto the basement atrium level.

Kitchen

The kitchen is designed and fitted by Boffi fully equipped including an island worktop with twin sinks, a fridge/freezer, wine cooler, oven, microwave combo and coffee machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher and twin vegetable fridges. There is also a breakfast bar at the far end of the island.
