Due to the setting, the villa faces the ocean and at the same time offers much privacy for sun bathing in the terrace around the swimming pool as well on the large top floor terrace which is furnished with '4 Seasons Madoura' outdoor furniture.

This luxury villa also has a charcoal BBQ and an infinity design swimming pool (5mx9m) which can be heated upon request.

Inside

On the ground level there is a living/dining room which has just a few steps separating both areas and is equipped with a large flat screen TV with two different TV channel systems, one mainly for English spoken channels and another one mainly for Dutch spoken channels.

There is also a wood burning stove and sliding patio door windows which lead to the pool terrace and garden.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout - including lounge area.

Bedrooms

On the first level of the villa is where you will find a double and twin bedroom with a shared bathroom.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms and a large terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted and has all the modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, toaster, kettle and microwave.
