Location

Luxury villa located in Albufeira, a ten-minute walk to the beach.  

Architectural Style

Traditional Moorish design villa.

Outside

Outside is a large swimming pool (11.5m x 7m) with a sail-shade area within the large landscaped garden. A cabana contains a dining space, a charcoal BBQ, a sink and fridge - plus there are sun-beds and parasols.

To the front of the property, a large gated entrance provides access to a drive area with parking for two cars.

Inside

The grand domed-roof foyer entrance leads to the open-plan dining room and lounge, with doors leading to the garden and pool area outside.

The villa has satellite TV and DVD player (with a selection of films), plus sound docking stations in the living area and lower level.

Bedrooms

On the ground floor is a double bedroom with a separate bathroom.

The stairs down to the middle level lead to two further double bedrooms, (both with en-suite facilities ), one being the master suite with a sitting area, TV, Jacuzzi bath and balcony.

Further stairs lead to the lower level, where there is another double master suite, with access to the outside terrace and garden. On this level, there is a further double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast table area, hob/stove, fridge/freezer, laundry facilities and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Other Information

The property is kept naturally cool in the hot summer months due to it being carved into rock and the thick construction of walls within the property so there is no need for air conditioning.
