Luxury villa for rent in Algarve

Location

This luxury rental villa is located in the countryside, but close to beaches, shopping centre, Zoomarine and the popular town of Albufeira.

The large Algarve shopping center is a five-minute drive away, where there is a large super market (open seven days per week) a cinema, restaurants and shops.

Outside

Outside the villa is a large kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, pizza oven, plates, pots, pans and cutlery, everything you need for a BBQ.

There is a large covered area with seating around a fire place and a large dining table, all looking over the pool and garden area.

The villa is set in one hectare of grounds. The garden is established and well maintained and the palm trees gives you a tropical feeling, together with the large, salt water pool (7mx16m) with many features like a jet stream and six fountains.

There is also a built-in bar, underwater music system, jacuzzi, LED underwater lights with various colours, plus, there is a shallow part and steps.

There is also a steam room and outdoor shower.

Inside

The lounge is large, light and spacious, with sofa's and chairs and a TV corner with a large flat screen smart TV (satellite). The dining area is in the kitchen.

Bedrooms

There are six bedrooms.

1. Double bed, en-suite to a large bathroom with large walk-in shower with double rain shower heads and a double sink.

Adjacent to the bathroom is a bright room with a sofa, overlooking the garden and pool area.

2. Twin beds, with a shared bathroom with a walk-in rain shower.

 3. Twin beds, sharing the bathroom with bedroom 2.

4. Double bed with an en-suite with walk-in in rain shower and a double sink.

5. Twin room with a private bathroom.

6. Annex with large bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed, plus there is a TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in rain shower and a double sink.

There are air conditioning units and ceiling fans in each room and each rooms has a terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped, with an induction cooking hob, American fridge with ice crusher, and separate freezer, a microwave, dishwasher, juicer, grill plate, coffee machine, toaster, steam oven, drawers to warm plates, plus a large dining table.
