There is a swimming pool (5mx6m and can be heated), eight sun loungers, seating and dining area and a built-in BBQ.

From the patio, there are steps leading you to a roof terrace with seating.

Inside

There is a cosy lounge with leather sofas, a large flat screen, satellite TV with a DVD player, and a fireplace.

The kitchen and lounge are on the first floor.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are on the ground floor.

There are three large bedrooms, all doubles (can be made into twin beds).

Two rooms have walk-in showers, and one has a shower with a separate bath. All bathrooms have double sinks, floor heating and towel heaters, plus all have a separate toilet.

Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the patio with private pool.

The fourth bedroom, can be reached from the patio, and has its own separate entrance. This room also has a double bed (can be twin bed), a bathroom with bath and a separate shower and toilet.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped including a breakfast bar, dining table, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, microwave and a laundry room with a washing machine.
