Location

Luxury Algarve villa for rent in Pinheiros Altos within Quinta do Lago, a few minutes drive from Quinta shopping, restaurants, and bars as well as the beach. Faro International Airport is twenty minutes away from the villa.

Outside

There is a mature garden with a large swimming pool (depths 0.90m - 1.84M). The outdoor areas offers numerous sun loungers and outdoor seating areas.  There is a dining area with a charcoal BBQ located beneath beams that offer plenty of shade for Al Fresco dining. There is also a grassed area surrounded by beautiful mature vegetation.

Inside

On the ground level, there is a large living room with a fireplace and a TV. There is a dining area just off the kitchen that seats eight people. 

Opposite the the kitchen, you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer.  

You will find three bedrooms on the ground floor of Casa Eleanor. There are steps to the front door of the property and also inside down to the lounge area and one of the bedrooms.   

Bedrooms

On the ground floor there are three twin bedrooms all with private bathrooms, two of which are en-suite.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning, one has a safe.  Two of the ground floor bedrooms have direct access to outside terraces which will allow you the possibility of letting in some of that Algarve breeze we all know and love.

On the first floor, there is master bedroom with a double bed, this has a walk-in wardrobe plus a very generarous private balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The en-suite bathroom has a separate bath and shower.

Next to the master bedroom, you will find another twin guest bedroom. This has an en-suite with a shower over the bath. It has the added advantage of a private garden facing balcony.

Kitchen

In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need - such as a coffee machine, two fridges and a dishwasher. There is plenty of storage too! 

There are a total of 3 fridges (including the one inside the laundry room)
