The garden is well maintained and has a pool (10.7mx5.7m) which can be heated upon request. There is also a shower, charcoal BBQ, outdoor dining, both covered and uncovered terraces and seating areas which surround the villa.

On a lower level of the property, there is a pond.

Inside

The entrance leads into a lower-level living room with a fireplace and access doors to the terrace.

Adjacent to the living area, there is an upper level dining room which leads into the kitchen and has access to the outside dining areas.

Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms, three of which are located on the ground floor and an additional bedroom is located on the first floor.

The first bedroom downstairs has a double bed, en suite, a dressing area and doors to the garden.

The other two bedrooms also have double beds, en suite and have access to the garden.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor with its own private terrace overlooking the pool and garden. As well as having a walk in closet, it has a spacious lounge area and an en suite bathroom.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities and has access to a utility room.

Staff

During low season (December - February), maid service is once per week.

During mid season (March - May and September - November), maid service is three days per week.
