The gardens are mostly lawned but the rockery at the front is full of colourful plants. There is plenty of shade on the rear lawn under the tall pine trees.
There is a central/indoor garden with colourful shrubs and plants and a dining room which has an octagonal marble table.
The lounge is two steps lower and offers comfortable seating around the fireplace or towards the wide screen TV with digital cable TV. From here there are large glazed doors open onto the garden and pool terrace.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two double beds in each room, with built in wardrobes, sharing a bathroom which was completely refurbished in 2016 and includes bath and walk in shower.
On the first floor is a large double bedroom with its own private shower room, which has been refurbished in 2016, and there is also a large private terrace.
All the bedrooms have individual split air-conditioning units and cable TV.
The kitchen faces the indoor garden and is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a hob, an oven and a large and a small fridge.
