A well established garden which features a beautiful pergola with a dining table and views over the small lake.  It's the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail or to read a book.  This villa offers a very nice exterior area with a magnificent swimming pool (can be heated for an additional charge). Sun loungers and two covered areas for shade.  A sitting area with comfortable outdoor furniture and 2 BBQ's (Charcoal & Gas).  There is a dining area with a table and chairs for 10 people. BBQ area includes 2 sinks and a small fridge.

Inside:

The lounge has plenty of sitting space and there is also an adjacent TV area. The dining table seats up to 10 people. Both areas have sliding doors that lead to the exterior. 

Bedrooms:  

All 5 bedrooms are en-suite. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a private terrace while the remaining rooms can access the shared terrace through the entrance located on the hallway. This terrace has comfortable outdoor furniture. It's the perfect place to see the sunset.

Kitchen:

The kitchen offers good space with a centre island, a dining table and is fully equipped with a double door fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. Other Information:
