And if you feel like drifting indoors after an evening outside, the delicious sitting-room easy chairs will encourage conversation into the wee small hours!

The garden has a beautifully landscaped, private, lawn. An exterior dining area houses a dining table and chairs for 10 persons and an integrated gas BBQ with food preparation area. Private Pool is 10 x 5 m.
Inside
Stairs lead down from the entrance hall into a large living room which is complete with ample comfortable seating, a flat screen TV with DVD player and a wide range of English language cable channels, including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports.
Double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace. There is also a fireplace.
Leading off the lounge is a formal dining room with table and 8 chairs.
For a more informal setting, there is a large snug area complete with comfortable sofas and large flat screen TV. Double doors lead out into the garden.
Lower Level Features:
On the lower level of the villa is a TV/games room with flat screen TV with DVD player, sound system and a pool table.

The beautiful open plan kitchen is spacious with plenty of cupboard space and work surfaces and is fully fitted with all appliances needed – including a central island with electric hob, an extractor, breakfast bar and an integrated oven and fridges. There is also a toaster and kettle.
