There is a roof top patio with sea views, a fenced swimming pool, BBQ, pergola with outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor shower room, seating and dining areas plus, an outdoor sound system.

Inside:

There is a large living room with a fireplace, TV and Hi-Fi; and a dining room.

In the basement there is a further living room, a bar, TV cinema and a snooker and table tennis.

Bedrooms:

On the ground floor there is an en suite twin bedroom and two en suite double bedrooms. 

On the first floor there is the spacious master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower and bath, plus a small veranda with a sofa. There is a further guest bedroom with twin beds and an en suite shower room.

On the basement level, there are a further two twin bedrooms, with windows. The first bedroom has an additional two small beds and the second has one additional small bed.

There is also a bathroom and laundry facilities in the basement.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast area.

Staff:

Maid service is 4 times per week - Tuesday to Friday, excludes weekends and bank holidays. Towels changed twice per week. Linen change after 7 nights occupation.
