The main living area has floor-to-ceiling windows, with fine views of the pool, garden and golf course.

The sitting room comprises three distinct areas - a TV and media zone, a reading space around a fireplace (including a card table) and a spacious area with comfortable white sofas overlooking the garden.

Outside

Electric gates lead to a driveway and extensive parking area private to the villa.  

Patio doors lead outside to a covered terrace with table and chairs for meals outdoors and to the garden with swimming pool (9mx9.5m) and sun lounges.

Bedrooms

To the right of the hallway are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private sitting room and full His & Hers bathrooms.

The other three bedrooms are all twins, each with en-suite bathrooms and private patio.

Downstairs (on the basement level) is the fifth bedroom with shower room. There is also a laundry room on this level.

Kitchen

From the hallway to the left, you will find the fully fitted modern kitchen with natural stone and granite.

Next to the kitchen is the dining room, with seating for ten around a hand-made table with views to the garden and swimming pool.
