The open plan living area is air conditioned with ceiling fans, comfy sofas and an entertainment system.

Bedrooms

The en suite master bedroom is air conditioned and opens directly out onto the balcony, a small library of contemporary literature can be found in the built in nook.

The second guest bedroom can be found to the rear of the apartment and has a queen bed as well as a single bed for extra guests. Plus, an adjacent bathroom (shower only).

Both bedrooms have ample closet space.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar and state of the art appliances.
