Belair is a coral-pink, single-storey piece of paradise that hugs, embraces and loves the beach at Mullins Bay on the island's Platinum Coast.

Relax (or dine) on your long, covered veranda (there's comfortably room for everyone) and contemplate the unempeded, glorious view of the ocean.

And when the spirit moves you, wander across to the little white gate and simply step onto the beach, for pure white sand, pure blue ocean and plenty of shade from the trees that bow their heads towards the sea.

Further entertainment awaits you in neaby historic Speighstown and Holetown, plus you have access to the exclusive Sugar Hill Club, which has tennis courts, gym and swimming pool.

Outside

The villa has direct access onto the beach with a covered terrace with a dining and seating area with frontline views of the ocean.

There is also a guest house with a kitchen and living room with a breakfast area and includes two bedrooms.

Inside

There is an open plan living area with two seating areas with access doors to the terrace.

Bedrooms

There are six bedrooms, four in the main house and two in the cottage.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a shower ensuite. The second and third bedroom both have twin beds which can be converted into a king, with a shared bathroom with a shower only.

The fourth bedroom also has twin beds (king) with a shower ensuite. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are located in the cottage, the fifth has a king bed and the sixth bedroom has a queen bed with a shared bathroom with shower only.

Kitchen

There is a fully fitted galley style kitchen including a fridge/freezer and a hob/stove.
