Location

In the West Coast in the parish of St James, a short drive to Holetown where there are shops and restaurants.

Outside

There is a large swimming pool in a spacious garden, divided into two areas by stepping stones, creating a 3ft. shallow end ideal for children. 

There is also a bar with ten bar stools and a Sonos sound system, plus a private road that leads to the beach - a three minute walk.

Inside

There is a media room that is air conditioned and has a 60" flat screen smart TV, cable, DVD player, Netflix set up and a writing desk.

There is a choice of dining areas with either the covered round coral stone table on the patio, the outdoor wooden trestle table by the pool or the tented round table close to the bar.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms in the main villa and two bedrooms in the cottage. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans and either king, queen or twin beds.

The cottage is completely built of old coral stone and has two bedrooms (the master has a four poster bed) with bathrooms, a kitchen and two patios.
