Outside

There is a fenced swimming pool (12m x 4m), a terrace off of the sitting area (with loungers, tables, and chairs), plus a covered terrace with gas BBQ - and a dining area that seats ten people.

There are also two terraces on the first floor; one opens onto a Juliet balcony, whilst the other has a covered dining area with sun loungers.

Inside

The entrance hall opens onto two levels. The higher level has a hall, cloakroom and dining area with access to the garden.

The lower level contains a large sitting area with a generous terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. There is also a small sitting room with a TV.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms on the ground level; both have twin beds with wardrobes, en suite bathrooms (one with a separate shower and the other has a shower over bath) and both with terraces.

Bedroom three has a large bunk bed with an en-suite (with shower over the bath.)

On the first floor is a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom (containing a bath and separate shower) - plus there is a recently built new double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

Kitchen

A spacious kitchen with all modern appliances which opens off the dining area with a separate laundry area.
