Location:

Situated half way between Pollenca and Alcudia, Mallorca.

The villa itself is finished on the outside in a charming Mallorcan style with traditional stone façade.

Inside:

The villa is big and spacious with six bedrooms which is perfect for large families or groups travelling together.

Entrance hall, large living room with ample sofa area, children’s game / entertainment room.

Outside:

The outdoor offers a fantastic, large dining table and also a sofa area, ideal for relaxing in the warm summer evenings. There is a large lawn area with sun loungers or if the children want to play hide and seek there is a vast area of shrubs and trees to play around in.

Bedrooms:

Due to the bedroom layout, the villa can only accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children (max 12 guests).

The children’s bedroom with en-suite shower room has twin beds, 1 single bed and 1 pull out bed (optional).

All the bedrooms have an en-suite shower room, except the double bedroom upstairs which has a shower room across the landing.

The playroom has a sofa bed, which can be used for staff or nannies. The next door toilet has a shower.

First Floor: Master bedroom (180cm x 200cm), full en-suite bathroom (separate bath and shower) and terrace looking over the pool area, 1 double bedroom (180cm x 200cm) with shared terrace with the master bedroom, 1 shower room, 1 double bedroom (180cm x 200cm) with an en-suite shower room.

Downstairs bedroom can be set up as a twin or king size. You must specify what preference you have, at the time of booking.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped modern kitchen.
