The property is surrounded by cornfields sown with scented wildflowers – and adjacent to the villa is a garden house with solid oak banquet-style dining table for 14 diners, bread oven, BBQ, fridge/freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, utility wash room, shower room with WC, poolside shower, a gated 10m swimming pool, sun terraces with reclining sun loungers, and table tennis.

Inside

There is a large living room with two comfy seating areas including two sofas, plasma TV, music system three French doors opening to the garden terrace.

An inner arch leads into the main dining area with solid Oak table and French doors opening to the rear garden terrace.

Bedrooms

There is a double bedroom and marble shower room adjacent on the ground floor. 

On the first floor there is the master double bedroom with his/hers fitted wardrobes and ensuite marble shower room and two twin bedrooms with an adjacent bath/shower room.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with an extra large fridge/freezer, eye-level cupboards, dishwasher, coved lighting and central unit with electric oven and induction hob.
