Opposite Pollença's Golf Course, yet within walking distance of the Old Town and a ten-minute drive to Puerto Pollenca and Cala San Vicente beaches.

Outside

The villa has an outside dining/lounging area on both levels, terraces, a large pool (10m x 5m) with roman steps (min depth 1m, max depth 2m), a field, ping pong and a BBQ. There is a gate at the top terrace to stop children going down o the pool area.

Inside

In the main house, there is a large living room, kitchen with a dining area and a utility room.

On pool level, there is a separate villa/ apartment with further living/dining room and kitchen.

Bedrooms

In the main room, there is one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a single room with a pull out bed, which is better suited to children and twin bedroom which share a full bathroom.

On pool level, there is a separate villa/ apartment with one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with a shower room. This bedroom has a sliding door so a little less privacy.

Please note the upstairs double bed (non-ensuite) is a pull out bed measuring 1.6m x 1.8m) best suited for 1 adult or children.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

Staff

Maid service is five days per week. (except bank holidays and weekends)

Fresh linen is one per week and fresh towels are changed mid week.
