Outside

Set in its own small mature grounds with a swimming pool. It has a lovely covered terrace with an old Mallorcan bread oven and BBQ.

The swimming pool is terraced on one side and surrounded by a lawn area with a playground house and plants. The pool  has roman steps (8m x 4m, min depth 1.1m, max depth 2.05m)

The ivy-covered terrace outside is where you will find the large BBQ. This terrace is ideal for relaxing to have outdoor meals while keeping an eye on the children playing in the swimming pool.

The grounds have many lush trees growing seasonal fruits such as figs and persimmons.

Inside

The villa is small and cosily decorated with traditional furniture, and it maintains the original wooden beams and stone walls. 

Bedrooms

Ground floor: Double bedroom (1.50 x 1.9 m) and full bathroom. 

First Floor: Twin bedroom and double room - sharing a shower room. Double bedroom is 1.35m x 1.9m / 4’6″ x 6’3″

The twin bedroom may be more suitable for children as the beds are in an L shape and cannot be pushed together.

Other Information

Due to the size and layout of the villa, it is best suited to smaller groups of 4 – 5. Neighbouring houses can sometimes be heard when families are enjoying the exteriors and pool area, particularly in peak season. It is not obtrusive but nice to know before you book.

The villa offers a limited selection of satellite channels. 

The villa is kept cool in the summer using thick stone walls, traditional in Mallorcan architecture. Although this is the case, air conditioning has been installed in the bedrooms.
