Beautiful apartment for rent in Pinheiros Altos Golf Resort in Quinta do Lago. A few minutes drive or a 25/30 minutes walk to Quinta Shopping, restaurants and Quinta beach. The golf clubhouse is right next door and restaurants at the Four Seasons Country Club and Bobby Jones are a 20 minute walk.
Architectural Style
Colonial style with rustic characteristics including wooden windows, doors, shutters, tiles, but with a modern kitchen and bathrooms.
Outside
There is a large outdoor terrace and a shared communal garden with three other apartments. The terrace has outdoor furniture and a built in gas BBQ with fixed round seating for six and a jacuzzi which is an optional extra when booking.
Directly opposite the apartment is the communal pool offering sun loungers, seating and sofas with plenty of areas for sunbathing or reading in the shade.
Cold drinks are available as well as communal WC's and showers. Ideal for families with children to meet and allow the kids to play together.

There is a lounge which has a SMART TV with international channels and a dining area to seat six.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom can be made up as either twins or double bed configuration and has an en suite shower room and a TV.
There is a twin bedroom with a TV and an en suite bath and shower room, the second twin offers a shower room across the hall.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob/stove, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and blender.
