Chamine is built over three levels and has five bedrooms, sleeps up to 11 people.
The villa has a grand entrance. The living room is spacious and comfortable, has plenty of sitting space and features a flat-screen TV with a large range of English channels and a fireplace. Sliding doors lead to exterior and pool area. The adjacent dining room seats up to 8 people and has patio doors leading to the garden.
Bedrooms:
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms. Bedroom one has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds and en-suite bathroom.
Bedrooms three and four are located on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has a large double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors to a terrace. Bedroom four has a large double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors to a terrace.
Bedroom five is on the lower level of the villa. It has twin beds, natural light and en-suite bathroom. A TV snug is adjacent to this room.
Kithen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, hob and fridge/freezer. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Quinta Verde offers 24 hours security and a well-equipped private gym zone and is just 3 minutes away from the six-star Conrad Hilton hotel offering spa facilities.
Staff:
Twice per week - Excluding weekends and bank holidays. Towel change twice per week - Linen change after 7 days of occupation.
