The villa is located within minutes of many of the highest-rated golf courses in the Algarve, as well as bars, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
The 1st floor terraces offer stunning views to the sea and Ria Formosa. The nearest town is Almancil. Faro city and/or the airport are only 25 minutes drive away.
One can charter a powerboat/sailing boat; enjoy a Jet Ski ride, jeep safari, horse riding as well as a wellness treatment in one of the finest resorts.
Within a couple of minutes walking from the villa you can take the walking path/cycling along the Ria Formosa all the way to Faro Island.

On the ground floor large kitchen separate dining room and large lounges ideal for a great family holiday. There is also a separate TV room with comfortable armchairs. With full international TV package including Wi-Fi and cable channels.
Lower ground floor has a double garage plus a large billiard room with full size billiard table.
On the second floor there is a sitting area and a terrace with stunning sea views.
