Location:
Amaretto is a beautiful 4 bedroom luxury villa set on a hillside in the centre of Vale do Lobo overlooking pine trees.

Architectural Style:
Modern villa which has been renovated to the highest standard.

Outside:
The well established garden has a terrace with built-in BBQ and steps leading to the gated pool which can be heated (extra cost). The large rectangular pool measures 10 x 5 m.

Inside:
The entrance leads to a spacious lounge/diner which is very comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs, a dining table and chairs. There is a wood burning stove. Sliding doors lead out to the balcony with views over the pine trees of Vale do Lobo. From the balcony there is a staircase leading through the BBQ terrace to the pool. Adjacent to the lounge is the TV room which has a flat screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and L-shaped sofa.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom is on the same level as the living/dining room. It has twin beds that can be converted to a double. It has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower.

The staircase leads to 3 twin bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and an interconnecting bedroom with a single bed which is suitable for children.

Bedroom 3 has an en-suite shower room and bedroom 4 has an adjacent bathroom. These bedrooms are situated on the lower level and have doors leading to the pool.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Staff
Maid service included, 5 days per week except weekends and public holidays. Towel change twice per week, linen change after 7 days of occupation.
