Two superb golf courses

Based on original concepts by the legendary Sir Henry Cotton, and re-imagined by the American golf architect Rocky Roquemore, the two Vale do Lobo courses are exceptionally challenging, and have twice been host to the Portuguese Open. Fairways are fringed by umbrella pines and fig trees – and playing areas extend along cliff edges and beaches. This unique combination of links and parkland golf provides spectacular surroundings and courses that will challenge players at every level.

Vale do Lobo resort boasts impressive facilities, including excellent fitness amenities and a sumptuous spa – plus dining options are outstanding. In fact there are no less than fifteen bars and restaurants, most located at the beachside Praça, which is the social focus of Vale do Lobo. Golfers, too have excellent dining choices at Spikes Restaurant, Brasserie in Parque do Golfe and the Café Royal.
