There is a table and chairs in the private garden and a gas BBQ. Guests can also use the communal swimming pool at Encosta do Lago.

There is a lounge with a TV with lazer, a coffee table and comfy sofas, a dining area and a kitchen.

Bedrooms

There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both en suite and with TV's and air conditioning.

The double bedroom has an en suite shower over the bath and the twin has an en suite bathroom with a shower only.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge/freezer, hob/stove, microwave and dishwasher.
