This luxury villa has a private salt water swimming pool (10mx4m), a hammock, a terrace with a gas BBQ, a dining table with seating for twelve and a large outdoor fridge.
Inside
There is a dining area and a TV lounge with a flat screen TV which includes comprehensive Sky TV package, DVD, CD player and sound bar. The dining area has a dining table with 8 dining chairs. Patio doors lead out directly to the pool and garden area.
Bedrooms
The master double bedroom is on the first floor and has a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes, a TV, CD and DVD system, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate shower, twin basins, toilet and bidet.
There are a further three bedrooms, one twin (which can be converted to a double) and two doubles, all en suite. Please note that one of the double bedrooms is situated on the lower floor and does not have a window.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with AEG appliances including gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen top is also a breakfast bar with stools. There is also a wall mounted TV. Adjacent is the utility room with washing machine and dishwasher.
