There is a covered terrace with sofa seating in front of the living room and a dining table for eight people.

There is a rectangular shaped pool (5mx9m) which can be heated upon request. The shallowest area has 1.6m and the deepest area has 2m depth. There are sun loungers near the pool.

On the left-hand side there is a gas BBQ area with a pergola.

On the entrance of the property an electric gate opens to the driveway with plenty of parking.

Inside

There is a spacious entrance hall on the ground floor as well as the sitting room just in front that opens to the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. It has a fireplace, a smart TV with Lazer (Sky channels) and DVD player.

In the same area of the kitchen, there is a dining area with table for six, opening as well to the covered terrace.

A staircase leads to the first floor. On the hallway to the bedrooms there is a siting area, with TV and DVD player.

Bedrooms

The downstairs bedroom area is located on the right-hand side of the hallway.

There are two steps and a double bedroom on the left-hand side. It has a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and opens to the garden.

There is another bedroom with double bed and a small TV. Just outside the bedroom there is a bathroom with shower.

The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor has double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool with a table and four chairs.

Two steps take you to the fourth bedroom, with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. This room has a small terrace overlooking the pool with a small table and two chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is located on the left-hand side of the hallway on the ground floor, and is fully equipped with appliances including a toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, electric hobs, oven, microwave, American fridge freezer, and dishwasher.

Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumbler dryer, as well as iron and iron board.
