Wolf Hall is a fabulous, very exclusive and private, traditional Portuguese Quinta house. Set in a 6.000m2 area of landscaped gardens with swimming pool, jacuzzi and fish pond. The house is also a few minutes drive, to the Quinta do Lago beach.  

Location:

Wolf Hall is a luxury villa located just off Quinta do Lago Estate and a few minutes drive to Quinta do Lago beach on a very safe area near the IBC security office.

Outside:

The property is set in a 6,000m2 area of landscaped gardens with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and fish pond at the rear.  Wolf Hall is all fenced with a 2.5 metre high wall and has electric gates for access.  There are terraces along the villa, with a fully equipped exterior kitchen and dining table for 12. There is also another area with an extra table for 6 people.

Swimming pool and Jacuzzi: lake type swimming pool with shallow end all around and deeper towards the middle of the pool. The pool is approx. 20 metres length x 8 metres wide. You will also find a Jacuzzi with sofa area, Gas fire, WC. (The pool and Jacuzzi can be heated at an additional cost) Fire Pits if required, are an additional cost. 

Inside:

You enter the property to a very large hallway, where there is a lift for access to the basement or first floor and a guest w.c. The house is over three levels.

The hall opens up onto the large living area and dining room, with doors onto the exterior terrace with wonderful views over pool area, which is equipped with a gas fireplace and a lovely exterior large sofa area.

There are terraces along the villa, with a fully equipped exterior kitchen and dining table for 12 people and another area with an extra table for 6 people

The living room is large and spacious with Lazer cable TV. 

Bedrooms:

The ground floor comprises of 2 bedrooms, 4 further bedrooms are located on the first floor. There is also a bedroom in the basement annex.  

Bedroom 1 can be made up as 2 single beds or a double.  It has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower with direct access to the outside terrace.  It has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 can also be made up as 2 singles or a double.  It has and en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the back outside terrace.  Equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The master bedroom is on the first floor.  This room has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom and a shower.  This room has access to the first floor terrace with sunbeds and access to stairs leading to the pool and terraces on the ground floor.  There is a small seating area and a TV with Lazer cable channels.  Also equipped with aircon and a ceiling fan.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 can be made up as 2 dingles or a double.  They both have en-suite bathrooms with a shower and are equipped with aircon and ceiling fans.

Bedroom 6 can be made up as 2 single beds or a double.  It has an en-suite bathroom with a bath.  The room has access to the 1st floor terrace with sunbeds and access to the pool and terraces.  Also equipped with aircon and ceiling fan.

Kitchen:

Beautiful and traditional kitchen with centre island. Includes a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juice machine, blenders and fully equipped for up to 14 guests. Breakfast Table for 6 people.

Basement:

The basement annex has a Kitchenette, bed, small bathroom with shower, Lazer cable Tv.

Gym - with doors that open up the small living area outside

Cinema room.

Laundry - Includes washing and tumble dryer machines. Iron, ironing board and clothes hangers

Garage - with access to the lift
