Relaxation is definitely the order of the day at Landmark, which is poised at the northern end of the Sandy Lane Beach - and, as you'd expect, views across the bay are nothing less than stunning.

Plus, there's nothing quite so magical as being able to wander straight out of your holiday mansion and right onto the beach for a sunset walk or a morning dip in the Caribbean sea.

There are four luxury air-conditioned suites, plus a charming two-bedroomed cottage which continues the the theme of boho charm by having the appearance of a rather inviting tree-house.

Tennis is available right next door at the Sandy Lane Property Owner's Association courts and there is also an excellent 18-hole golf course at the Sandy Lane Hotel.

Architectural Style

Modern/contemporary/rustic beach villa. Smooth poished wall/stone walls and wooden floors.


The property has a tropical garden and is just steps away from the beach with it's own private area with sunloungers. There are terraces on the lawn area leading out on to the beach.

There are also multiple gazebos with dining areas throughout. Plus, there is a cottage with two additional double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning.

The living and dining areas are on an upper level overlooking the garden.


There is a large open-plan lounge seating area with a bar and hammock as well as a separate dining pagoda.


There are four air-conditioned suites, three are located on the ground level and one is on the first floor. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king bed and a shower ensuite.

The second master is located on the ground level, also with a king bed and a tub/shower ensuite. There is also a further two twin bedrooms on this floor, both with shower ensuites.


The kitchen is fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. All meals are cooked by the cook and served by the butler.
