Crystal Springs is a holiday within a holiday; not simply offering the opportunity to experience ultimate barefoot luxury beachside life on a gorgeous Caribbean island.

One could dwell on the superbly equipped gym, the cliff-top location, the beach and cove immediately below, the long, heated infinity pool aligned to look out directly onto the ocean -
but then there would be little time to consider the 1.7 acres of beautiful garden, the 12,000 sq. ft. main re residence with a further five buildings, including annex, pool cottage, tea house, pavilion - and a home theatre so grand that it requires its own building.
And if you can find time in your busy relaxation schedule to venture out, historic Speightstown and Holetown are both close at hand, where you’ll find cafés, shops, nightlife and restaurants – plus world-renowned golf, polo and marina facilities are also nearby.
Location
Located in 'The Garden' within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping.
Outside
The property is set on 1.7 acres on a cliff overlooking the Carribean Sea with mature tropical gardens with a heated infinity swimming pool surrounded by sunloungers.
A natural gully runs through the property and a secluded white sandy cove sits below the main house. The 12 000 square feet residence includes six buildings including the main house, annex, pool cottage, tea house, pavilion, and a home theatre.
There are three al fresco dining areas including a cliff top gazebo and a oceanfront lounge terrace with a private stairway to the beach.
Inside
The living space displays two seating areas with comfy white sofas and chairs with an amazing sea view and access doors that open out onto the outdoor living areas and garden.
The villa has a state of the art home theatre with surround sound and leather reclining chairs. There is also an ultra modern fitness centre equipped with Technogym equipment.
Bedrooms
The main house consist of the master bedroom which has a king bed, a dressing room, kitchenette with Nespresso machine, a double shower ensuite and views to the sea. There are a further two king bedrooms (can be twins) with a shower ensuite and views to the sea.
In the annex is bedroom four which has a king bed (can be twins) and a shower ensuite with views to the sea.
In the pool house is bedroom six and seven which have king beds, a dressing room, shower ensuite and views of the infinity pool to sea.
Bedroom eight is in the tea house which also has a king bed, dressing room, kitchenette with Nespresso machine, tub/double shower ensuite, and views to garden.
Bedroom nine and ten are in the pavilion and have king size beds (can be twins), shower ensuite and are connecting bedrooms.
Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances with a central island.
