During the nightly free and full-colour display of a glorious Bajan sunset, you might want to watch for a green flash, glow or spot of light, which can occur when optical conditions are just right.

Colonial in style, cool in its feel and contemporary in its furnishings, the villa has a living area downstairs and a dining area upstairs (the views, as you can imagine, are magnificent).

If you fancy cooking outdoors, you're welcome to make use of the sophisticated and easy-to-use barbeque, which is perfect for local freshly-caught seafood.

On Gibbs Bay in over an acre of landscaped gardens in the Parish of St Peter.

The villa has landscaped mature gardens with a communal swimming pool. There is a covered terrace with lounge area as well as an adjacent dining gazebo which overlooks the pool and the ocean.

Inside

The living space is open plan and includes a living and dining area. The living area displays comfortable sofas and has access doors to a covered lounge area. The dining room is on an upper level.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms, two located on the first floor and one on the ground floor. All with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning and private patios.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the second and third bedrooms both have twin beds.

Kitchen

There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the modern appliances witih a dining area and access doors to the terrace.
