Location

The property is surrounded by beautiful olive groves and set within the stunning hills of Pollenca yet only a short drive from Pollenca town and Port with their plethora of restaurants and shops. The beach is only 15km.

Outside

Castillo Montana De Olivos has a beautiful swimming pool and is surrounded by incredible mountain views. Besides stunning lawns and terraces there are outside chilling and dining areas and an outdoor barbecue. In addition there is a Volleyball Court and table tennis table. This villa is rural and secluded so privacy is never a problem.

Inside

The elegant interior of this villa is modern yet maintains all the traditions of a Mallorcan estate. The living areas have beamed ceilings, wooden floors and a beautiful stone fireplace.

The furnishings are refined and comfortable and the house includes the modern comforts of a sound system, air conditioning, bar, fireplaces, WiFi and outdoor cooking areas. There’s a formal dining room with a large antique table and a further, more casual farmhouse-style table in the bright, fully equipped kitchen.

There are six bedrooms all ensuite 

Bedroom 1 - King size bed, air conditioning, walk-in wardrobe, fireplace, access to terrace and views over the valley. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.

Bedroom 2 - Double bed, air conditioning, fireplace, en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4 - Twin beds, air conditioning, fireplace, access to a shared bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.

Bedroom 5 - Double bed, air conditioning, access to a shared bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.

Bedroom 6 - Twin beds, air conditioning, access to a shared bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.

Additional Sleeping arrangements - 2 single beds in the children's playroom.
