Just outside of the old town of Pollença.

Outside

There is a large covered terrace, seating and dining area, a pool (8mx5m), charcoal BBQ, a lawn area and trees at the rear of the house and covered parking for two cars.

Inside

There is an open living and dining area with direct access to the exterior. On the basement floor there is a further living room.

The villa is cooled naturally due to the Mallorcan architecture used. For this reason air conditioning is only installed in the ground and first floor bedrooms.

Bedrooms

On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with a shower room.

On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms with full bathrooms and a double bedroom with a shower room and direct access to the exterior.

On the basement floor there are another two twin bedrooms and a shower room.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

Important - things to know

The pool is an irregular shape and size. The maximum depth is 1.80m. There is a separate shallow end for small children.

• The basement level is furnished more modestly, and the bedrooms do not have A/C. It is best suited to teenagers or children if travelling in a big group.

• No air con in the basement bedrooms.

• Although there are neighbouring houses, the property still feels private and is not overlooked.

• Basement annexe not available during the winter months.

Staff

Maid service is once per week. This is a mid week visit. Included is a light cleaning of bathrooms and towel change, pool towels are not changed.

Additional maid service can be arranged at a cost of €21.78 per hour at a minimum of four hours.  

Any additional maid service needs to be reserved in advance.
